The Challenge
Rann Utsav visitors come with *different travel dates, durations, and preferences* (1N/2D, 2N/3D, 3N/4D, etc.). Manually handling every inquiry took time, often causing:
- Delay in responding to customers
- Errors in matching package nights with hotel stays
- Extra effort for sales staff to build itineraries
The client needed an *automated solution* to let customers customize their own package online, while still ensuring accuracy in hotel nights, sightseeing, and costs.
The Solution
OptiNest built an interactive “Customize Tour Package” form* on the Kutch Tours & Travels website. Using smart logic-based code, the form automatically adjusts:
- Hotel stays and night stays based on package duration (e.g., 2N/3D auto-fills 2 nights stay, 3N/4D auto-fills 3 nights, etc.)
- Sightseeing options – customers can multi-select experiences they want (White Rann, Mandvi, Dholavira, etc.)
- Room allocation and number of persons as per customer input
- Extra requirements field for special requests (Jain food, driver preference, etc.)
Customers can now fill in their travel details, select preferences, and instantly customize their Rann Utsav experience.
